Blue finished his AKC championship on April 14, 2006 (with FOUR MAJORS!!) Blueboy has the BEST Scottie head I've ever seen in a long time and he has a wonderful, sweet temperament and hard black coat. We are currently looking for a proper Southern belle to be his lady -friend.
Ch. Specialscots Fire and Rain
Taylor is ALL SCOTTIE! He is a beautiful, typey boy with a gorgeous head, and he is very low to the ground. He garnered EVERY point of his AKC championship owner-handled! Miss Laurie Goldman, his co-owner,kept him immaculately groomed, and his coat was the envy of everyone--shiney black, but dense and hard. He has seldom had a bad day, whether he's guarding his "property" and family at "Camp Goldman" or if he's acting as "babe bait" for Jeremy and Brandon, the Goldman twins. He was Reserve Winners Dog from the Bred-by-Exhibitor class at the Regional Scottish Terrier Specialty Show in Atlanta, Ga while only a youngster. He not only caught the eye of the judge, but he won the heart of everyone he met that weekend! Taylor epitomizes the term "great temperament," and he's the kind of Scottie that ANYONE could love and live with. Taylor's dam is Specialscots Serendipity (Seren), and his sire is Ch. Wild Wind's Raging Sea (Anthony). Not only does this boy mirror the Scottish Terrier standard, but he's SO sweet that he has brought the breed many fans and devotees.
Taylor is happy and healthy, although we've not yet found just the RIGHT lady riend for him. We hope someday that we will...there need to be MANY more like Taylor in this world! He's truly a Gentleman Scottie!
Specialscots Isn't She Lovely
Stevie was born in May, 2004, sired by Ch. Jacglen's Brave Explorer (Brendan) out of Ch. Specialscots Runaway Bride (Maggie). Although she has not yet attained her AKC championship, Stevie earned her very first win with a three-point-major from the Puppy Class under a noted breeder/judge! Always owner/handled, she has already "entertained" at local nursing homes and elementary schools, so she's not only a local celebrity, but a "ham" as well. We use her to educate children and others on safety around dogs as well as the proper care of pets. She's a "hit" wherever she goes, and she's quite a "talker." We hope to finish her championship, and we may try some performance events as well. Stevie IS lovely, and is VERY aptly named, and she's living proof that good things DO come in small packages!
